About Continued Traditions Farmstead
Located in the heart of central Pennsylvania and founded by Tyler Kellerman in 2021, Continued Traditions Farmstead purchased their first Iowa Blue chicken eggs that same year. They have maintained a serious devotion to the breed and currently operate one of the largest commercial Iowa Blue flocks in the country. CTFarmstead shipped over 200 eggs from coast to coast in the 2023 hatching season, spanning Pennsylvania to Oregon, and into the southern regions of Texas! Starting 2024 with over 30 breeding aged individuals, Tyler is once again offering fertile hatching eggs from his flock.
Each egg is individually bubble wrapped, packed into the carton, secured with more bubble wrap, and then placed point down into a double box. "Do Not X-ray" labels are attached to each side of the box, along with fragile stickers before being taken to the post office, where a tracking number is assigned. The first USPS update will not occur until 4:30 pm EST.
