We look forward to many changes coming to the website and the club for 2014.
Membership Dues:
The IBCC will begin requiring membership dues in 2014. These dues will be important for the club to put towards the fees of pursuing APA acceptance into the SOP, for funding the cost of the club promotional materials and promotion for the breed, as well as to fund upcoming events, newsletters, advertisement, website expenses, and other events. We hope to be able to support our Juniors as well as we gain in size, with the potential for scholarship funding in the future. Dues go a long way to helping the club achieve it's goal of supporting the Iowa Blue breed to its maximal potential!

Committees:
The following committees have been formed with participation welcomed. If you have an interest in participating on one or more of these committees, please contact the club with your name and a little bit about why you wish to join the committee. Members only, please.

Newsletter:
This year we will begin an IBCC newsletter, with information about current happenings with the breed and its members. We are always looking for stories to highlight and love for members to submit stories, photos, news, and information to the Newsletter Committee.
Members Only Section:
The webmaster is hard at work developing a member's only section for our membership. This section will hold our historical archive of information on the breed as well as a modern information archive of recent articles and information. IBCC club business will be listed in this section along with IBCC meeting minutes for all members to review.
Members will have access to the forum and the chat room to communicate with other members as well as a membership list including contact information for members to connect.
